PRECAUTIONARY SCREENING
Precautionary screening will be conducted in two parts:
1. Via text message 3-7 days before your scheduled appointment.
2. On the day of your appointment, a precautionary screening form requiring you to complete and sign in addition to your consent forms.

APPOINTMENTS REQUIRED
To ensure the well-being and safety of our clients and staff, all visits to Dream House: Beautified by Amy Christine located at The Brow Lab are by appointment only. Appointments should be made in advance by contacting Dream House: Beautified by Amy Christine directly. For added safety to our staff and clients, no additional guests accompanying the client scheduled will be allowed inside the studio.
    •    Please plan and arrange for childcare and transportation accordingly.
    •    A sanitary plastic basket will be provided to safeguard your belongings.
    •    The climate in our studio may get a little cold for some clients. If needed, we are allowing our clients to bring their own blankets to cover and keep themselves comfortable during their procedure.
    •    Please refrain from using your phone and other personal devices during the duration of your appointment unless there is an emergency.

WAIT IN YOUR CAR
For your safety we will be limiting the amount of people in our studio at all times. Please wait in your vehicle until we either:
    •    CALL THE NUMBER YOU HAVE PROVIDED INSTRUCTING YOU TO MAKE YOUR WAY TO THE STUDIO
    •    TEXT YOU TO COME INSIDE

DOORS LOCKED AT ALL TIMES
To ensure further safety of our clients and staff, we will be keeping all points of entry into the studio locked at all times.

MASK REQUIRED
NO MASK, NO SERVICE. Please come to your appointment wearing a clean face mask. You will be required to wear your mask upon entrance and for the duration of your appointment. We politely ask that talking be limited to instructions and questions only.

WASH YOUR HANDS
Please wash your hands upon arrival. To ensure cleanliness and sterile environment, all staff and clients will be required to perform proper hand hygiene before, during, and after each appointment as needed.

CONTACTLESS PAYEMENTS PREFERRED
To limit cash usage and contact, the use of contactless payment method is highly preferred to ensure further safety for our staff and clients. If using cash, we ask that payment is made with exact bills and change to the specific amount required. NO CHANGE WILL BE GIVEN. Apple Pay & Square can be used to process credit card and debit card transactions.

TRAVEL, SICK OR EXPOSED TO ILLNESS
– If you have traveled and/or have recently arrived to the State of Hawaii you are required, to a mandatory 10-day self quarantine if you do not have a negative COVID-19 test or are vaccinated.
– If you are feeling sick or are experiencing any COVID-19 related symptoms please contact Dream House: Beautified by Amy Christine to reschedule.
– If you are or have been caring for someone who is sick, please contact Dream House: Beautified by Amy Christine to reschedule.
